NUSA DUA BLEND (1 hr 45 minutes)
This message experience created at Nusa Dua Spa, is a
combination of Thai technique targeted pressure points
and veriety of gentle stretching movements to open the
points and balance the major muscle groups of the body.
A no-oil clothed massage that leaves your entire body
feeling deeply relaxed but refreshed.
COCONUT SCRUB (1 hr 45 minutes)
A local village treatment handed down from generations
uses a combination of coconut copra mixed with turmeric
and local herbs to exfoliate and cleanse the skin. Starting
with a Balinese massage your skin is then scrubbed with
the coconut and nourished with a rice masque. To leave
you feeling totally relaxed you finish with a bath in
pandan leaves and aromatic oil while enjoying a fresh
coconut beverage.
JAVANESE LULUR (1 hr 45 minutes)
Originating from the royal palaces in Java this traditional
relaxing and cleansing treatment soothes, softens and
exfoliates the skins using turmeric, sandalwood, herbs
and spices. After a Balinese massage and lulur scrub for
the skin, a youghurt rub, shower and relaxing bathin fresh
flower petals completes the treatment. A ginger tea and
herbal jamu tonic, traditionally used for slimming and
rejuvenating, is served while relaxing in the bath.
BALI SPICE (1 hr 45 minutes)
To begin enjoy an accupressure massage. Then a traditional
herbal recipe is applied to the skin which gently warms
the body helping to increase blood sirculation and relieve
aching muscles and joints. A foot massage, during the
boreh, aids relaxation further, then a bath and body lotion
application completes the treatment while you indulge
in a refreshing lemon beverage and ginger tea.

At our spa we promote a peaceful sanctuary where our guest
can relax and unwind, be it while dining at the Spa Cafe
or by the Lap Pool.
The spa therefore does not allow guest to smoke or cause
excessive noise and children under 12 are requested to
use the facilities at the hotel's main pool or Gecko Club
Spa Essentials
Spa Essentials Shop offers guest to the spa a unique selection
of natural skin and body care preparations, which enables
guest to take home their spa experience. These products
are sold in either recycled glass bottles or natural paper
wraps, as the spa promotes well being to both people and
the environment.
Sports
Another important aspect that our Spa is able to offer
is a fully equipped and international standard sportscentre,
which includes tennis and squash courts. The excercise
video, and the Gymnasium has the latest body sculpting
and cardivascular exercise equipment. The beach is also
within close proximity so guest can also enjoy a wide
range of water sports in the warm, calm lagoon waters.
